MiQ spot secured, hotel booked, travel to relocate wife

Sumeet Dev got married in India at the very start of the pandemic in March of 2020. He managed to get back to New Zealand on a repatriation flight soon after, but unfortunately his wife Shaina couldn't secure a place on the plane as she was only on her student Visa. They've been trying to get her to New Zealand ever since. And this week, he managed to be one of the few who were able to secure a spot in MiQ for them both later this month. Ellie Jay asked Sumeet to tell her about his experience with the MiQ system.
