Vaccine mandate for schools extra work for principals

Schools across the country will find out today if staff members have been vaccinated against Covid-19, with the mandate coming into effect overnight. Only those who have received at least their first dose of a vaccine will be allowed on site. As medical records are confidential, many staff will only discover today which of their colleagues if any has not had the vaccine. Gary Veysi is the Principal of Rotorua's Mamaku School and is the head of the Rotorua Principals Association. Nathan Rarere asked him if the vaccine mandate coming into effect has meant a lot of extra work for Principals.
