US: Prince Andrew settles out of court with Virgina Giuffre

All eyes were on Russia over the past few hours as President Putin and the German Chancellor Olaf Scholtz held a joint press conference after meeting in Moscow. This follows Russia's Defence Ministry saying some troops positioned near the Russia/Ukraine border have been pulled back - returning to their bases after completing drills in the region..
