Red traffic light, phase 3: greater self management for Covid

As of this morning we're at phase three of the red Covid traffic light setting, which requires far greater self-management for covid positive cases and their contacts. If you find yourself testing positive, it's now your responsibility to report those results, notify your contacts and to isolate at home. The sheer volume of new cases - there were over 6-thousand yesterday alone - also means that rapid antigen tests, or RATs, are now our primary tool for detecting the virus. And as demand for testing ramps up, we sent our reporter Ella Stewart to a testing centre to see how the system is coping.
