Perzen Patel is the woman behind 'Dolly Mumma' and a lady on a mission to take Kiwis beyond butter chicken! A couple of years ago we spoke to Perzen about her ready-to-cook Indian curry pastes and since then the business has pivoted due to covid and they are now offering online cooking classes which are going from strength to strength. Perzen told Nathan Rarere what has happened since they last spoke.
