AA: oil prices pushes manufacturing, petrol prices higher

The invasion of Ukraine has pushed the price of petrol to 3-dollars a litre in some regions. Russia is the second largest exporter of crude oil in the world but western economies are now looking elsewhere for their fuel. Supply issues caused by the pandemic and Saudi Arabia raising its oil prices are contributing to world wide pain at the pump. Nathan Rarere discussed this with the Automobile Association's principal advisory Terry Collins.
