From First Up, 5:51 am on 3 May 2022

The National Party leader Christopher Luxon revealed his party's vision for the country yesterday in a pre-budget speech. He outlined what he calls the "five critical levers of prosperity" to help New Zealanders get ahead. The person who would be charged with implementing the economic side of that vision is the party's finance spokesperson and deputy leader, Nicola Willis. Nathan Rarere spoke with her earlier and began by asking her to explain Mr Luxon's plans for education and what he meant by "better use of information to drive results".
