Queenstown needs more staff to cope with increased tourism

The mountains are white with snow, the Aussies are arriving unimpeded by Covid restrictions and the businesses owners are breathing sighs of relief. Well not everyone, the Queenstown tourism sector says they still need more this time pointing to a staff shortage that some locals say has reached crisis point. And as Matthew Theunissen reports, some say it's being made worse by new government regulations that are meant to help.
