Doc Edge documentary film festival is back in person

The "Doc Edge" documentary festival kicks off on the 1st of June and runs til the 10th of July with a full online festival as well as in-person screenings in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. The festival has more than 70 feature length films as well as a whole heap of great short films. For the first time since Covid hit, international guests will be returning to the festival, which means some in-person screenings will also include Q&As with filmmakers. To find out what's in store for audiences Nathan Rarere asked festival director Dan Shanan what were the most interesting docos on offer this year?
