The All Blacks have announced their squad to take on the Irish in a three test series next month. Out of from Sam Cane has been retained as the captain of the squad of 38, which contains six debutants Pita Gus Sowakula, Aidan Ross, Leicester Fainga'anuku, Stephen Perofeta, Folau Fakatava and Roger Tuivasa-Sheck are the newcomers. The All Blacks announced the squad at the Samoan Consulate in Mangere yesterday, and we sent our reporter Leonard Powell along to chat with some of the players. After being driven up from Hamilton by Captain Sam Cane, Leonard began by asking Chiefs Hooker Samisoni Taukei'aho how he rated his captain's driving. Taranaki's Josh Lord is also back in the squad after making two appearances for the All Blacks on their tour late last year. Leonard asked the 21 year old lock how he found out he was back in the squad.
