Winter salad days are well and truly over ...and there's a warning from vegetable growers you may struggle to find any spinach, rocket or mesclun leaves on the shelves at all.. A cold and wet winter has seen crops perish and pushed prices to eye watering levels. Our producer Matthew Theunissen spoke to growers to find out more.
