CH butcher's shop floods due to bad infrastructure

While the nation was bucketed by rain from the 'Atmospheric River' this last week one Christchurch Butcher was left to deal with his business flooding for the sixth time in just three years. David Timbs is retail manager at Peter Timbs Meats in Edgeware, and he spoke with Nathan Rarere.
