More than half of Pakistan affected by flooding

We begin this morning in Pakistan, where authorities are bracing themselves for more devastation as the country grapples with catastrophic floods. More than 30 million people - about 15 per cent of the country's population - have been affected by the deluge. Meanwhile, nearly one thousand people have died across Pakistan since June. Just before we came to air, Nathan Rarere asked journalist Shah Meer Baloch, who's in the capital Islamabad, about the scale of the flooding.
