Kai with the Candidates: AK mayoralty hopeful Wayne Brown
Over the past week or so we've been hearing from the four major candidates vying to be the next mayor of New Zealand's largest city. This morning we're with Wayne Brown, the businessman and former Far North Mayor who many believe has the best chance of defeating frontrunner Efeso Collins. Mr Brown, who calls himself "Mr Fixit", is banking on his reputation for taking control of failing organisations, shaking them up and improving their performance. He reckons that's what Auckland badly needs. Our producer Matthew Theunissen caught up with Mr Brown for coffee on Auckland's Karangahape Road to find out a bit about the man and his ambitions for the city.
