Russia's campaign in eastern Ukraine is suffering set backs. This comes as Moscow was forced to withdraw troops from the strategic town of Lyman. Former mayor of Tauranga Tenby Powell has been on the ground in Ukraine for his charity Kiwi K.A.R.E getting humanitarian aid in and refugees out. Nick Truebridge asked him for an update on the Ukrainian takeover of Lyman.
