LDR Marlborough: region's local body election voting very low

Time for our twice-weekly look at news from regional New Zealand now.. This morning we're in Marlborough, where Maia Hart has been looking at the very interesting contests taking place in the local body elections, although voter turnout - as is the case in most regions - remains disappointingly low.
