New Mayors: Nick Smith in Nelson

Nelson has a new mayor -- one who'll be a familiar face for the Upper South Island city. Nick Smith, the MP for Nelson until 2020, secured a comfortable victory, leading by almost 4000 votes with about 90 per cent of votes counted. Nathan Rarere spoke with him yesterday.
