The new mayor of Invercargill is doing away with the trappings of office - no more titles, like Your Worship and the robes. Nobby Clark takes over the reigns after nearly 27 years. Nathan Rarere asked for his thoughts on the outgoing mayor Sir Tim Shadbolt.
