New Zealand had a sensational first up win over Australia at the T20Cricket World Cup over the weekend. The Black Caps prepared for the World Cup with a seven match tri-series against Pakistan and Bangladesh at Hagley Oval a couple of weeks back. However, the day before the first Tri Series match in Chirstchurch, it snowed It was the earliest start to a summer season in the history of New Zealand cricket, and as well an extra jersey and bigger workload for the players, it meant the ground staff had to make some big changes to how they prepared the pitch.
