Huge frustration over Turkish govt response to earthquake

Rescuers are racing against time to save people underneath the rubble of the earthquake that ripped through parts of Turkey and Syria. At least 11-thousand people are confirmed dead and the toll is rising. In Turkey, more than 8000 people have been pulled from the wreckage. The country is now under a three-month state of emergency. Nathan Rarere spoke to local journalist Barcin Yinanc.
