Deputy PM: comms a major issue for parts of North Island

So three days after Monday's devastating cyclone, thousands of people across Tairawhiti, Hawke's Bay, Northland, Auckland and the Coromandel remain cut off, without power or cell phone coverage. At least 9000 remain displaced in Hawke's Bay alone. Deputy Prime Minister Carmel Sepuloni spoke with Nathan Rarere.
