Willis: cyclone recovery money welcomed by National

The Government has announced the first in a 'rolling maul' of financial assistance to those impacted by Cyclone Gabrielle. It includes $250 million to repair local and state highways and a $50 million lifeline to keep businesses afloat- details to be revealed in the coming days..
