The scale of the disaster caused by Cyclone Gabrielle is continuing to unfold. Many of the measures needed to prevent such catastrophes in the future are outlined in a National Adaptation Plan, introduced last year by Climate Change Minister and Green Party co-leader James Shaw. He spoke with Nathan Rarere.
