HUHA still providing animal shelters to cyclone-affected whanau

While Civil Defence and volunteers are sorting through the destruction caused by Cyclone Gabrielle, some amazing tales of survival are starting to come through. And some of these rescues involve pets and livestock. Animal Charity HUHA has been working round the clock in Hawke's Bay. It's currently caring for 8 cats, 22 dogs, a pigeon AND five goldfish that were plucked from stormwater drains and brought to them in ziplock bags. Nathan Rarere asked founder Carolyn Press-McKenzie to share some of their stories.
