National in favour of money rasing schemes to pay for cyclone

The government has launched an international fundraising effort to get private donations to support the many victims of Cyclone Gabrielle. There will also be a special Lotto draw to be held on the 18th of March with proceeds going to affected communities. Nathan Rarere asked National's deputy leader Nicola Willis what she made of the initiative.
