Auckland floods: White sticker not necessarily a clean chit

More than 2700 homes in Auckland have been have red or yellow stickered thanks to record-breaking floods this year. But, some owners who were given white placards by council say that is not necessarily a clean chit. West Auckland resident Simon Urbahn is one of them.
