Three Waters Revamp: 'centralisation is not the answer'- ACT
Having been dragged into a swamp of confusing opinions and muddied information about it, the government yesterday revealed an overhaul to the Three Waters programme. It's been rebranded as the "Affordable Water Reforms" and will now be overseen by ten entities instead of four, divided along regional lines, The project's start date has been pushed out by two years, and comes with a bigger pricetag for ratepayers than under the old model.
