Japan on high alert after home made explosive thrown at PM

To Japan now where the government is on high alert after Prime Minister Fumio Kishida was evacuated from a campaign event after a home made explosive was thrown at him. The incident comes just nine months after Mr Kishida's predecessor, Shinzo Abe, was assasinated. Our Tokyo correspondent Chris Gilbert explains.
