Van Velden pledges 'real change' to crime in New Zealand

Crime is in the headlines again, with yet another dairy attack in Mt Roskill on Wednesday, and a ram raid in Thames overnight on Thursday. Yesterday was also 100 days until the election. ACT party leader David Seymour is pledging to put "real change" on the agenda, vowing to - quote - "restore" law and order... amongst a host of other promises.
