A recent study shows younger New Zealanders are growing their financial knowledge and capabilities, but women remain behind their male counterparts.
However - one woman who's helping to change that is Kendall Flutey.
Kendall has been the Young New Zealander of the Year, and she's the co-founder of popular finance app - Banqer.
