Whakatane wants to win Most Beautiful Large Town award again

Whakatane in the Bay of Plenty recently won the title of Most Beautiful Large Town award in a competition organised by Keep New Zealand Beautiful, the 'Most Beautiful' Awards Its the second time that Beautiful Whakatane has walked away with the prize and local democracy reporter Diane McCarthy told Nathan Rarere a local councillor is hungry for a third title.
