Enduro cyclist on riding Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge

The Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge is back for its 45th Edition this weekend, where thousands of Riders of all skill levels will navigate the 160 kilometre course. For most people, one lap is enough, but for some enduro riders like former bike postie and longtime competitor Colin Anderson of Palmerston North, it takes multiple laps of the lake to satiate their cycling appetite. Colin completed his 100th lap back in 2019, and joins Nathan Rarere to talk endurance, cycling and 65th birthday celebrations.
