The Great Outdoors: dactylanthus, flower of the underworld

We're beginning a new feature The Great Outdoors with DOC - where we'll be checking in with the Department of Conservation each month to hear what they're getting up to out in the wilderness. Avi Holzapfel, the operations manager for the Hauraki area told Nathan Rarere about a plant that pre-european Maori called the Flower of the Underworld.
