Kitchen Collection founder on reduced price school lunches

Changes to the lunches in schools programme are on the way. The government's budgeted three dollars per lunch - down from about 8 dollars. Harrison Stott is the founder of the Kitchen Collective, that's home to a number of food businesses including a school food service. He speaks to Nathan Rarere.
