Share hire scooters banned from central Melbourne

Share hire electric scooters like Lime and Beam have been banned from Melbourne's city centre, in response to safety concerns. Deputy chairperson of the Auckland City Centre Advisory Panel Patrick Reynolds told Leonard Powell it seemed to be a case of moral panic in Melbourne.
