Huge protests in Hong Kong today have delayed the debate on a new extradition agreement with the Chinese mainland. Tens of thousands of protesters are in the streets and tensions are high with tear gas, pepper spray and batons being used on protesters.
Newsroom's Thomas Coughlan went to Hong Kong earlier this year to investigate the history of protests in Hong Kong over the last decade, including the Umbrella Movement.

It's men's health week at the moment. Male mental health is at a crisis level in New Zealand. Last year 668 New Zealanders took their own lives and three quarters of them were men.
