10.20 Covid-19 impacts New Zealand's exports
The Covid-19 coronavirus has cost about $300 million in lost exports to China in the past month.
New statistics from Stats NZ compared the earnings for the past four weeks against the same period last year and the agency said exports to China were at $1.1 billion, down 8 percent or $93m on the same time in 2019.
The largest falls were in meat, seafood, and forestry.

10.30 Choose Clean Water protests in their togs in front of parliament
RNZ National, this is Lately with Karyn Hay. "Young people, our children, don't deserve to inherit polluted rivers, poo-y streams and contaminated aquifers."
Those are the words of "Choose Clean Water" who held a protest in the grounds of parliament today dressed in their togs and towels, demanding the Government to deliver on its promises as it finalizes its water policy.
