10:20 A review of New Zealand's mental health care is being considered
Only $9 million has been spent out of a $235 million dollar budget to build and upgrade mental health facilities. Health Minister Andrew Little is considering launching an official review about the slow speed of the roll-out of the record $1.9 billion allocated for mental health in 2019. Hong Kong's top pro-democracy newspaper, Apple Daily, has closed its English language website operation. The chief executive of Hong Kong, Carrie Lam, has defended what's widely seen as a sustained crackdown on freedom of speech in the city, saying the media shouldn't downplay acts that endanger the national security law imposed by China.
