We spoke to the new Tourism Minister Stuart Nash last night who says once borders re-open he wants New Zealand to focus on wealthy tourists, and ban those hiring vans without toilets. Chris Roberts from Tourism Industry Aotearoa is part of a Ministerial Group for Responsible Camping which has been working on solutions to the freedom camping problem.
