New Zealand police culture accused of bullying and toxicity

A report by the Independent Police Conduct Authority has found significant elements of bullying and a related negative culture within the police workforce. The police commissioner, Andrew Coster, is rejecting accusations the way it promotes officers could be corruption. Karyn speaks with Police Association president, Chris Cahill, about the report's findings.
