Puhoi Organic Distillery makes boutique spirits - this year they're about to add black truffle brandy and black caviar vodka to their range.
Alexander and Iryna Kirichuk and their daughter Victoria emigrated from Ukraine, and settled in Puhoi and set up a distillery.
