An under-construction 13-unit apartment project has been told to halt work as neighbours have won a court battle against it. The Remuera neighbours came together to challenge developer Kurt Gibbons and the council's non-notification and resource consent granting. Resource management lawyer Richard Brabant was one of the applicants and joins the show to explain why they fought against it and how they managed to win.
