Firefighter's fight for fair working conditions

Despite being on a partial strike, firefighters around the country continue to respond to emergencies. Their fight for better pay, conditions and mental health support seems to have stalled with their employer Fire and Emergency NZ. Invercargill Fire Station officer and union secretary Aaron Ramsey has been a firefighter for 22 years and says many of his colleagues have to work overtime just to pay the bills.
