3.10pm Emily Wheatcroft-Snape on Breaking Barriers in Music and Audio Engineering

Sound Engineer Emily Wheatcroft-Snape has many New Zealand records to her name. At the 2024 Aotearoa Music Awards she was nominated for Best Engineer. She is also a musician herself and speaks to Maggie Tweedie and Tony Stamp about The Record Enable Hardship Award which is open for self-identifying women who are studying audio engineering or music production and may have financial barriers to completing their study.

3.30pm Clinical psychologist Julia Rucklidge on forgiveness 

Professor Julia Rucklidge, a clinical psychologist, is the Director of Te Puna Toiora, the Mental Health and Nutrition Research Lab at the University of Canterbury.  On this episode of On The Couch Julia Rucklidge gives Maggie Tweedie and Tony Stamp some more helpful tips on how to forgive, let go and live life with less resentment.
