Te Pou to launch a new digital theatre

If you're keen to experience Maori theatre but can't get to one, then don't worry because some Auckland based performers are about to launch a new digital theatre than can be accessed across the motu. Next month Te Pou Theatre is opening Whare Whakaari Matihiko with online streamed performances. Amber Curreen is one of Te Pou's directors and says going forward they would like to offer a hybrid of live in-person and streamed performances.
