The Health Minister has called himself an idiot and has told the Epidemic Response Committee that he stuffed up after breaching lockdown rules.
David Clark has been demoted after providing the Prime Minister with a complete picture of his activities during Alert Level 4 - which included driving his family 20 kilometres to a beach for a walk.
He appeared in front of the Epidemic Response Committee this morning.
