The head of Fire and Emergency says sexual abuse and harassment within the service is an on-going problem, and establishing a new independent disputes resolution service will be part of changing the culture.
Three current and former volunteer firefighters who have made complaints of sexual assault say they have been met with inaction, and are calling for a body similar to the Independent Police Conduct Authority.
