The minister in charge of managed isolation facilities says people breaking in poses as much of a risk to public health as those breaking out.
A woman has been charged with unlawfully being on the grounds of a managed isolation facility in Rotorua last night.
Māni Dunlop spoke to Minister Megan Woods a short time ago, who said the woman didn't get the chance to enter the building itself.
