The National Party is promising, if elected, to review the health and safety regulator WorkSafe to ensure it is reflecting common sense, not draconian enforcement.
It's one of the commitments included in the party's suite of small business policies released this afternoon.
The National party leader, Judith Collins told Māni Dunlop that while she believes parts of Worksafe are working well, it can be too punitive when dealing with small businesses.
