Aviation Security officers have been sending extra help to a first-time mother caring for her baby alone in managed isolation.
As the mother cannot leave her hotel, they've even been buying toys for the baby, which is just a few months old.
Debbie White is the operations manager for Aviation Security - known as Avsec - and spoke to Te Aniwa Hurihanganui.
